What is Shallaki?
'Boswellia Serrata' is known as 'Shallki' in Sanskrit. It is used from traditionally in Ayurveda as a safe support for health joint and muscle function. In Indian native language Shallaki is more commonly known as Salai Guggulu as it has similar properties as of Guggulu (Commiphora mukul).
In Ayurveda, Shallaki is most widely used herb as it contains anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic properties. Dosage:
It is advised to take one capsule twice a day, before meals.
