Any changes in weather can be a mess
for the skin; as changing seasons & weathers also make condition changes to
your skin; summers, for example, may cause oilier skin wherein the winter can dry
skin. So, take care while it’s an arrival time of a new season.
Spring is around & summer is
on its way; thus, this is the time to be a bit extra cautious about your
skincare routine and check out these tips for spring skin care:
- Protect Your Skin - Put some SPF sunscreen lotion before you step out to protect the skin against ultraviolet rays (UV rays), which can cause pigmentation damage & premature ageing. Protecting the skin from UV rays & sun damage is very important. Remember, the more frequently you apply a good quality sunscreen lotion, the better you will even in your old age.
- Exfoliate - If all those dead skin cells have not been scrubbed off your face all this while then it is definitely a time to start doing it. You should exfoliate twice or thrice every week. You can use a washcloth or an exfoliator for exfoliating.
- Eat Right Foods - Increase the intake of
antioxidants, which will help protect the skin from any free radicals. Free
radicals are generally found in polluted air, tobacco smoke, as well as in foods.
Free radicals can cause skin damage and can also contribute to early ageing by damaging
collagen. The less collagen one has, the more wrinkles a person will get.Your skin will be healthy and will get more benefits if you increase the intake of essential vitamins, such as vitamins A, B, C, E, and K. Getting adequate vitamin A is also very important; if the skin is lacking vitamin A, it will respond by becoming inflammatory, flaky & dry.
Most veggies & fruits contain a high amount of vitamin A; thus, eating healthy food will surely help improve the skin tone as well as its elasticity. You can also use some good quality product to treat dry skin such as, Coresatin Nonsteroidal Cream; it treats all the inflammatory and dry skin conditions and leaves your skin smooth, supple, & naturally glowing.
- Drink Plenty Of Water - Drinking a lot of water every day help keep the skin hydrated and makes it look young. Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Also, drink a glass-full of water before every meal or even before having any snack. An increase of water intake also increases the energy levels and you will experience an improved mood.
- Exercise Daily - No matter what season it is, exercising daily will always help you be strong & healthy. Take some professional help to figure out the right facial and other exercises to keep your skin glowing.
